"The quality of employee has drastically gone down. We got the feeling that we were an inconvenience because we ate in. Best part of the experience was talking to a old timer about the good old days in the 70s and 80s when service was there top priority and it was a gathering place every morning for friends to meet up. Maybe the company should regress."
"I didn't mind waiting 20 minutes after paying to get my food; I understand busy around 6pm. I minded that, during a dinner rush, we would get old fries. Take them back in and then get old fries AGAIN. Dinner rush you would expect at least new fries/hot fries. Got home and the rest of our food had gotten cold waiting on fries."
"It’s a good McDonald’s (possibly the best I’ve ever been to). The only thing I dislike would be the staff. The employees can sometimes be very rude. They never forget your order though."
"If was working fast food like the way this one did when I was working fast food. I would have been fired. And replaced. It should no longer be called fast food. More likely almost faster than a sit-down restaurant. I was unhappy with the time that I set at the drive-thru window to get my food."
