"This review is about the BFSFCU or Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union. I was a member for over 20 years, and considering it’s the credit union of the World Bank Group & the IMF, the best institutions in the world, one would expect this Credit union would be anywhere as good. It’s the worst that I had to transfer to Truist & Navy Federal. This credit union charges automatically & unreasonable fees! Yes, it’s cheaper but they hit you every time they could. The technology is also horrendously archaic, so No, thank you. Never again"

"Do not work with them on your mortgage. They are very slow. It took me forever to find out how much I qualify for. General loans are given very fast though. Staff is good but the whole slow system doesn't let them help you accordingly."

"Forget the usual customer service of a bank. This is not a bank or even a regular credit union. It is a group of people trying to provide banking services. The credit union seems to outsource all customer service call centers to other service providers who have little familiarity about the credit union and limited access to account information, which disables them to be of any help. You have to visit a branch for most of the services and hope you are lucky to find a knowledgeable and willing staff. Good Luck!"

"Shockingly poor service. An example -- they have disabled messaging for travel notifications, you now have to call if you have just a debit card. They created an app for travel notifications but it only works for those who have credit and debit cards."

"I got call from this bank they asked my personal information. I verified the number in google. I called the number back i asked why I got this call . They started again asked my name phone number last four digit social and member Id . Again they asked date of birth . I refused to give. They disconnected the call. I still do not know why they called me. Looks like this bank was hacked by scammers. Do not put big sum of money here. This is an unsecured and unreliable bank."
