"I am so upset, I’ve been going to this place for over 15 years my whole family and I. I was told about 12 to six months ago that they recommend I should get a deep cleaning. Never got a call so I called in July of this year to set up an appointment to clean my teeth which they did so I go in for my teeth cleaning appointment, which was set for August as I’m there they did x-rays I was then told that they’re not gonna do my cleaning because the reason insurance never got back to him. The first time was because I did the cleaning first then they recommended they recommended the deep cleaning so they told me what I like to come back. Once I get an answer from my insurance company. I said sure that’s fine. We are now in December. Originally I received a text message in September saying call schedule your deep cleaning appointment so I thought it was done insurance gave the approval that was it, I called them then I’m told insurance never gave them an answer that I should call first I work full-time and I have kids at home so I don’t have time to call insurance. This is a recommendation that was requested by them that I do that I was OK with, but now I’m waiting all this time just to get my teeth cleaned and I’m getting an attitude by the people that answer the phones so I told him I was gonna look elsewhere I didn’t I figured give me the benefit of the doubt so I call back in December 2 months later hi I never got a call I want to schedule a cleaning. Oh I see here there’s notes you’re going somewhere else I said well I don’t want to, but no one‘s calling me back about this deep cleaning , once again, I’m told well you can call your insurance. I’m sorry I don’t have time to call my insurance. Can I just do my regular cleaning know because they recommend a deep cleaning you have to do the deep cleaning now you could do it still but you might have to pay out-of-pocket if your insurance doesn’t cover it approve it , so you made me wait all this time since the first time you told me to get the deep cleaning and once again now you’re not calling me and then you tell me to call my insurance how do I even know you guys sent anything to my insurance I would definitely not recommend this place no more I don’t know what happened to it I’ve never had an issue with this place. I’ve never been so disrespected by anyone at this place until just recently the people answer the phones are so rude , I don’t understand how you can’t follow up with a client like this must be why outside of your building it’s an excepting new patients when so many other places aren’t because you’re probably losing all your clients to go somewhere else because your people answer the phones and said the appointments don’t want to do their jobs It’s such a shame to see that this is what is happening I me and my family are gonna be going somewhere else and doing all the recommendation work there because all you guys want to do is not follow up and get someone stuff done and you really shouldn’t send a text message for someone to schedule a deep cleaning appointment. It’s not even approved , so sad on your part I’ll be posting this all over the place even on Facebook"
