"Visit to do address change for a new savings account & add beneficiaries (new college fund starting) & Bank Representative comment was a little savings account, very disrespectful. 12.8.2023, decided close account. Definitely not customer & time sensitive, it took 20 minutes to close an account"

"I went there today and dealt with an employee named Nancy who is a witch. I think she has some mental issues. She could not even locate my account with my member number and I had to call customer service. Very incompetent. Please deal with other employees besides her"

"The name credit is misleading here. Credit unions are members driven nonprofit banking. Justice federal credit union is 100% profit motivated. The fees they charge are crazy. As an example. If you have $250 in your account a charge is attempted for $251 instead of just declining the transaction. JfCU will decline the transaction then charge you $30 for declining transaction so now your account had $220 in it."
