"I left a stellar review not knowing the deception I would later encounter that happened behind my back. I was a bit apprehensive initially about out of pocket costs. As a result I inquired 3xs to not only the office manager but the desk attendant of my procedure being covered outside of my 200.00 deductible. I was later billed almost a thousand dollars with a lame explanation that my insurance was an HMO. I guess so considering those initials are clearly visible on my card right next to my information. They scanned the card. They claimed they spoke to Aetna as well prior to my root canal. When I received my one and only bill I then explained everything and said I would not be paying said bill. No further bills were generated or sent to me. No warning notice either. Guess what? My credit rating got slammed with them turning me into collections. I don't care what happens even if I pay 1000 to an attorney to rectify their deception and intentional tricky trick this situation will indeed be resolved. Nothing more than wolves in sheep clothing . Simply put. So in closing, be Leary and do not sign a financial responsibility document without getting in writing from them that your procedure is indeed covered. Nothing else to add."

"I had a root canal done by my routine dentist, I had complications and sought a second opinion when I was in pain. Found out that the whole thing had to be done over and more then likely never actually healed in the first place. I had been told by my regular Dentist that “it just needed to acclimate to my mouth”. I was referred to Dr. Azadi by Hockessin Dentistry. They fit me in right away I had a scan done and he said that he would have to take care of this in two parts. First removing the previous work and then medication would be placed for a week and then to come back and have the root canal redone. It was right before Christmas and I had been in excruciating pain and was very thankful that they could fit everything in. They communicated very clearly and the staff was extremely friendly!!! Will definitely recommend!!!"
