"Went there in pain needed all of my teeth extracted. Asked if I'm taking anything for pain. I Said my medical marijuana for my anxiety but it's not helping much. Dr then rolls his eyes like I'm a junkie now. Says will prescribe Motrin for the pain after the extractions. Not getting my extractions done through you then... Never felt more discrimination against marijuana use in my life!"

"I went to this dr because i had very bad tooth pain,and my teeth were chipping bad, the dr didnt even give me any options he just said he was going to pull my tooth out and then stuck the needle in my gum had me screaming and crying, i already have a fear of dentist so he started the process but didn't finish because I couldn't stop crying. And now my gums and tooth hurts even more i swallowed more Novocaine then he put in my gum because when he started drilling I could feel it Now im in even more pain and will not go to another dentist as long as I live"

"Was given an appointment after missing due to having COVID, appointment was set for 3 months later, I called the month of the appointment to be told they took it off the schedule because I previously missed appointments.. I called you and we already spoke about that & YOU BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME?? The older receptionist is rude, the younger one is who booked me an appointment, gave me a date said “make sure you’re at this one” but the older one then took it out of the system? I was coming back to get fillings that were done here & IMMEDIATELY fell out of my mouth not even 2 months later. Save your time it very much seems like they will prolong dental work to get the most $ out of insurance. Overall horrible experience & I was only continuing to go back so I could get them fixed by the person who messed it up. Thanks Dr Chung!! Great work!"

"The dentist gave me epinephrine numbing meds even after I told him I have a heart condition and can't have epinephrine, I even verified it was non epinephrine before he injected me and he said it was non epinephrine, well he lied and I ended up in the ER three times that month because of the meds affecting my heart. I have other medical conditions where given that medicine also created other horrible symptoms and health issues. His staff then refused to give me my medical records until I reported them for without holding my medical records. Absolutely dangerous."
