"Today, I had called the practice and asked them to reschedule my appointment due to the recent situation with Dr. Schwab. We have been patients of the practice for over 20 years. My appointment today was at 3 PM, but I could not bring myself to get in the car and drive there because I was so severely upset and freaked out about going to a place that where my dentist had taken his own life. The woman on the phone said that was fine but she would have to charge me a $50 fee. I was absolutely outraged at the fact that she was saying that she would charge me a fee simply because I did not want to come to the practice that day, because of how upset that I was, and could not bring myself to get in the car. She stated that they “had a business” there and they would conduct business in that way. I was so upset by this woman I asked her to speak to the management. A woman that I have dealt with over the years named Sandy got on the phone and said exactly the same thing as the woman before with a complete lack of empathy and understanding. It seems that the staff there are not trained at all to handle the situation. I also caught Sandy in a lie because she said that her next appointment was in June when the woman on the phone prior to her said that there was an appointment open at the end of April. I keep private insurance for this practice just because I had loved coming to that specific dentist, but I will be canceling my private insurance and finding a new dentist. I cannot believe that they have the nerve to have such a distinct lack of empathy for this specific situation and try to charge you $50 for not coming to the office. Floored. Wow! Save your time and money!"

"This office has always been great for my entire family. My husband, 3 kids, and I have been going here for years. Tonight I took all 3 of my kids [2,4,7] for back to back appointments by myself [that is risky with young kids haha] and our dental hygienist, Brenda, was AMAZING. Truly wonderful. Cannot thank her enough. She was patient, kind, and made it fun! Dr. Seigel was also great, as usual. My kids are excited for their next appointment in 6 months! I don't review things, but had to tonight!"
