"Struthers Hometown Pharmacy has been an excellent choice for me. The staff and Pharmacists have always been knowledgeable, truthful and trustworthy with regards to any questions or concerns about treatments or medications. They've treated me with kindness and respect. In my experience, the staff has been helpful and friendly while maintaining a great deal of professionalism. I appreciate that they show priority in giving individual attention to their patients. IMHO....I certainly recommend this particular location. I would like to thank the entire staff for all they do daily and for all they have done for me personally."

"Not friendly. I have cancer that went misdiagnosed for nearly 4 years, so am on Medicaid. Two of the people at this pharmacy have been very rude to me as if I'm a bum from the street getting something free. I have never experienced this anywhere else. One older, stocky woman in particular was so nasty towards me and even pushed me out of her way while I was trying to ask a question about a refill and told me she had paying customers to attend to! Anytime I presented my rewards card when picking up prescriptions, she would say I didn't earn any rewards, even for the same medications I had earned rewards for other times with another clerk. My medications were mostly allergy and asthma meds or antibiotics, but that woman made me feel like I was a drug addict, even though I take no narcotic medications. I am a senior citizen."

"Excellent representation of the pharmacist profession seldom see today. I very much appreciate pharmacist Jeff finding a specific generic brand I needed to avoid very uncomfortable side effects. The other pharmacies kept telling me all generics are the same while my body was telling me clearly that this was not true.
