"Always slow service. Not fast food when they consistently take over 10 minutes to prepare the order. Restaurant is cold in the winter, too cold to enjoy dining in the restaurant."
"The cashier and management were not clear when purchasing a happy meal and an extra order of fries. They put my baby fries in a bigger bag and took his apples away. When I specifically asked for an extra set of fries. Let's be clear people I did not ask for an upgrade on fries. I asked for an extra set of fries. Now you tell me if that sounds the same"
"Received only half of the order correct. Got a fish filet instead of the nuggets I ordered. The 2 large fry boxes were filled only halfway with fries so cold and soggy, I was able to swing them around like lassos. Not even worth the extra greasy calories to shove soft soggy potato in your mouth. IF I decide on McDonald's again I'll make the trip to Dunkirk or Prince Frederick for better service and superior food. The renovation may of made it look a little better but it's still garbage."
"I've always had a good meal here and we come here a couple times a week, my food has always been fresh and good, the employees are nice, especially Kirk Codero who runs the front counter.Ive had a good experience everytime Ive gone in 2 years."
"Management needs to be replaced before this place will ever improve every time I go there my order is incorrect even if I'm making the order on the kiosk.The place is not clean and the wait is long. Why this is acceptable/ok with McDonald's corporate is astonishing!!! Raw Burger in the photo"
