"I was pleasantly surprised!! The food was hot AND fresh!! My attendant was very pleasant and my wait wasn't forever. Thank you corporate for doing what needed to be done for this location. I hope it continues. Great customer service!!"

"For a fast food spot, the chicken was hot and fresh. Every Popeyes doesn't taste this good! I had a large order for a 20 piece dinner + 6 apple pies. I only waited 10 minutes. Thumbs way up for me!"

"This is probably one of the worst Popeyes locations that I have ever stepped foot into. If I could give zero stars I would. There is zero..zilch..nadda sense of urgency with this location whatsoever. The lack of attention to the front counter is appalling. Walk in and wait at the counter while literally everyone behind the counter looks right at you. Ten minutes later you'll get spoken to. I watched as the employee scraped the fries from the bottom of the hold bin. The fries were cool and soggy. This happens literally every single time at this location. The attitude from the staff, as well as the lack of any kind of professionalism from the staff tells me that this IS a management issue. So again a big fat F for this location. Probably ranks pretty high on the worst Popeyes locations list. Avoid this location."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. We attempted to go through the drive through about 8 pm on a weekday. There were no cars in the lot and 3 cars ahead in the drive through line that pulled off without ordering. We pulled up to the speaker anyway and attempted to order. The first thing we were told was- " there's only 2 of us here so it's going to take a while". Ok, we weren't in particular hurry so we placed a simple order of 2 sandwiches, fries and mashed potatoes. The cashier had difficulty ringing up the correct sandwiches and began muttering over the speaker including multiple profanities. At that point we decided to cancel our order. As we drove off, again not one customer in the place and one of the employees was in the front of the restaurant on his phone. Logged a complaint on the corporate website with no response from local management."

"I just came from Popeyes today, while it was raining outside. I specifically asked for a 5 piece chicken tender, and instead received a 5 piece chicken (bone in) box. I didn't receive an original biscuit, which I believe comes with the meal, my chicken was lukewarm and overall I was charged for the wrong order. Again, it was raining and I was at least 3-5 blocks from my house, my feet hurt and I didn't feel like walking back to the store. I'm not mad, I'd just advise the employees to be a little more attentive in the future."
