"My first visit there for a cloudy pool and I feel there water analysis was well worth it and showed my issues I didn't know i had. And they didn't oversell me on the chemicals to fix, i would go there to solve pool issues but have not bought any pool services so can't comment on that."

"So disappointed with their service. Scheduled with them to install a filter. When they finally came 3 weeks later said they couldnt do it because there was never an evaluation scheduled. Then when he came back to do it days later couldnt do it because of the rain. Now dont know when they are coming back. Maybe after swimming season is over. Dipatch is the department that is all messed up. lets see how they install it. Terrible customer service"
