"We really like Sam's club. Great inventory at discount prices. A must place for family shopping. We do not like the exit process, however. After waiting in a long line to check out, one must basically check out again through a person who stands in front of the exit. This person scans your receipt & then each item that you're taking with you. It's probably a security thing, but there must be a better, more genial & efficient way. That process puts a blemish on an otherwise enjoyable shopping experience. Perhaps Sam's Club can gather together a bunch of problem solvers & address this issue?"

"While the store is great, the checkout process is terrible. Extremely slow and long lines whether you try to do self checkout or go to a cashier. The other bad part is the food court, which is extremely slow and doesn’t have many options in stock like other Sam’s Clubs. For the store itself, parking is limited but available. It’s really easy to go in and find what you need. They do have some small food samples out for you throughout the store. The store is fully stocked with most things you would need, both food as well as other products."
