"So, I go in the freeze today. Haven't been in awhile. I go in the freeze and the female counter lady, smelled like sweaty gym clothes. She takes the order, and never once spoke to us. Maybe because she had airpods in her ears. To busy listening to them, instead of speaking to a paying customer. She then gives the order to the so called line cook. I think her name begins with a P. She is eating food, while attempting to cook. Stuffing her mouth. Touching the bread, and not once did she change her gloves or wash her hands. I went over to the cook, and told her to stop eating food, while attempting to cook. It's unsanitary! She looks at me and says ok. I guess the gentleman in the back, was the supervisor. Not once did he say anything to her. Customer service is Non- existence in this place. I assure you, I will never eat there again."
"This place has the best soft ice cream ever! We go there as much as possible! Delicious. Never had anything else there but it always is crowded so must be good!"
"If your going for food, allow 30 min before they close. Tried to support the small business but had to opt for a fast food joint down the street where I was greeted with a much friendlier attitude. To the owners.. if you don't like working the hours either close earlier or just sell it to someone friendlier."
