Ripped his mask off and aggressively tapped my thigh twice (without my permission or announcing that he would be touching me) while saying, "You can get your tooth pulled at (the other office)! I can't do this!" [as he stormed out of the room]. [This incident occurred at Kraisinger Family Dental, where they promote care for people like me, with dental anxiety. James J. Bryan, DDS, fills in at one of their locations on Tuesdays for nitrous oxide assisted dental procedures. My tooth was partially separated from the gum and still has not been removed. Unfortunately, this dentist further increased my dental anxiety and as a an autistic, disabled person afflicted with PTSD, this incident has caused me unnecessary emotional and mental experiences because of this dentist's choice to be unprofessional.] SUGGESTION: IF YOU HAVE DENTAL ANXIETY OR ARE LEVEL 1 ASD, DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. JAMES J. BRYAN. HE DOES NOT SHOW PATIENCE FOR PATIENTS WHO ARE AUTISTIC, LIKE ME."

"My mom just called with two teeth needing pulled. during this covid crisis people are taking advatage of others and its wrong. This dentist told my mom 1 tooth being pulled would be $147 for one and for two would be $248 i believe. With insurance he said I will keep your insurance info and file the claim but you need to pay today, WHAT?!?! You dont need cash if you are charging our insurance, plus 2 teeth and one for $147 isnt $248 so apparently the math is off as well. Thanks for taking advantage of people hurting physically and finacially during this crisis. Her main dentist isnt open at all during this crisis so she was relying on the kindness of doctors to pull this tooth."

"I highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist to go here. All the staff are very nice and pleasant and Dr. Bryan does a great job and if you are one who are afraid of going to the dentist, with Dr. Bryan you won't feel a thing when he's working on your teeth. For my personal experience I felt no pain after the novocain wore off either. The people who work here truly cares for there patient's."
