"I am a customer through Mosquito Squad in Dayton, OH. I prepaid for 2023 service in 2022 and the franchise closed. The Cincinnati office told me that I needed to get a hold of Authority Brands to discuss next steps. I have left 3 messages on voicemail, 2 emails through the website and messaged on Twitter. No response. This review is my next step, followed by reaching out to the BBB. I will continue to escalate beyond these measures if necessary. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer to more than one of your brands for several years. Update: My issue has now been resolved and I am completely satisfied with the result. Mosquito Squad in Cincinnati now has my business."

"We have 20 years of experience, they said. No industry experience necessary, they said. It is all a lie. They have opened maybe 4 or 5 locations from scratch. Nobody has any processes in place. They assumed converting an existing business (some owner that has industry experience and already runninga business) and starting a new business is the same thing. It's the franchisee that is fronting the money. Also new franchisees start with zero customers and no customer list even if there is one."
