"Incompetence from receptionist all the way to the doctors. Rude , unprofessional and incredibly unethical. Scheduled me for a dentist appt and when I arrived there was NO DENTIST AND they wanted to charge my insurance. If you have kids please don’t bring them here. Save yourself a headache. If you’re elder please don’t come here and risk your peace and health."

"Dr. Martha Riggle and staff should be ashamed. It shouldn’t take over a month to submit an order for a patient. With numerous calls to the office and still NOTHING. So infuriating! Worst place ever to deal with!!!!! This is just one thing I’m upset with, they have dropped the ball elsewhere too. I’m a friend of a patient not an actual patient here, thank God."

"Coming here just once, and the lingering poor communication still being evident to me months later, was enough that I would not recommend this place to anyone. I saw Sheila Rohe once, and it was so bad enough that I never came back. She first made a comment that left me embarrassed about my body (and it was not something that could quickly be fixed like she suggested), then was telling me about a medication she could not remember the name of, so she left the room to go Google it, and never even came back. I was just handed a paper with extremely basic, unhelpful information that I had come to discuss for further answers, that I never even got because she up and left without me being able to ask questions. They sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy not twice, but three times. After telling them I didn't think this place was the right fit for me, I would still get calls and emails months later. The only positive I can say is that the ladies working on the first floor at the desk were very kind to me, and acknowledged things should have been done very differently. Other than that, this was the worst experience I have had at any healthcare office."
