I get completely different answer from employees from his guidance from previous day. Up to 300 dollars wasted listening to two different directions to get pool balance correct. What happened to once amazing pool store."

"They are nice people, I shop there, but they seriously need to stock up on things, and the prices are getting a little steep for the smallest things. Its convenient but they don't seem to go out of there way to keep the few customers they have.. Be better."

"Don’t give this place any of your money, the corporate team for this establishment sucks. They’re just money hungry, inconsiderate people. There hasn’t been power at the Springfield location for days yet they are still making their employees work. It’s a horrible working condition to be in to sell pool supplies, in 40 and under degree weather. Not going there again and making sure no one I know does either. Unless the people making money off this place change and start caring more about people than the money they’re (not even) making, maybe I’ll think about it. Service is great, but the guys all the way up don’t make it worth it. And sorry to their wonderful employees, who have to deal with people like that who are running them. ✌️"
