"Trash dentistry. I came to them because I moved 3 years ago and my previous dentist was almost two hours away. Had an old filling fall out and they suggested a crown, but they did a horrible job and it fell out less than two years later. I went to my new/current dentist and they took good care of me and were surprised it happened. Aspen tried to push crowning all my upper teeth when it was NOT necessary. They aren't Hollywood white, but my teeth are fine. They want to push you into their lenders to get you on a payment plan. Unless you absolutely have to see them, avoid them. Deceptive, misleading, and honestly borderline malpractice. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"Everyone one was very nice. Basically first visit was just an evaluation! Not what I’m used to . I made an appointment with work to be done. I was in pain intermittently. Feel like a total waste of time. Then needed teeth pulled- have to go to someone else! Just a big pass off to me. After an hours time left with a prescription and to make an appointment with someone else.. called other Dentist 2 plus hrs ago and have yet to hear back. Not a fan of no one answering phones either! All via leaving a message, who knows when call back will be. Not a fan of large dental practices. Unfortunately, this is my dental insurance!"

"Aspen Dental was the best experience. The staff was kind and compassionate and very competent. They could not have been better. I went there on an emergency basis. I had lost my crown on my front tooth. They moved heaven and earth to provide me with a temporary so I could enjoy Christmas. I was so impressed. They get 5 stars from me."

"Great Dr… Extensive work up and exam. I was not a fan of the somewhat pushy sales pitch to get the necessary work done and pay upfront. Dental work is very expensive these days and it’s hard to decide in 10 minutes to spend $3,700 for work that will take 6-8 months to complete. Also, the staff could have done a better job contacting my insurance company and finding out exactly what the coverage was."
