"They did not change diapers for my baby in whole day. Cause baby's buttocks to be red and painful, not just one time,it was several times, so I had to change daycare."

"If you wanted to send your kids there you need to speak the caregivers’ language otherwise be prepared to just drop your kids off and don’t ask question. The communication with the caregiver for our 1 year old son was impossible due to language barrier. They don’t let you know what happened during the day and no daily report was send home. When we ask simple question like did he eat well, did he go number 2 their answers were “ everything good”!? We had to pull out son out after 6 months kept trying to be understanding and patient but after we raised concerns about the caregivers were being slacking and the office responded was “ if you don’t like it then bring your child somewhere else”!! They let our son running around on a hot day of summer with barefoot even we packed water shoes for him. Brought kids out the back play ground around 5-6pm during the time that mosquitos are out for hunting, our son came home with over 10 mosquitoes bites a day and it happened 4 times. One time we had to take him to the doctor because his eye was swollen so bad, . We didn’t know that was cause by mosquitoes bite until we saw his doctor. So we texted main teacher who barely can speak English asking what happened because we thought he bumped into something, didn’t get any response for 4 days, when she finally texted back her response was “ we can protect your kid from mosquitos, we and other kids got bitten too”!!! I packed bugs spray for him! Just don’t take kids out late afternoon in summer when mosquitoes are out looking for food if you don’t spray the area! There are so much more that happened almost everyday at this place whenever we drop our son off and couldn’t ask about it. It was the worse experience for daycare ever and the response from the office was unbelievable and extremely unprofessional. The lack of communication at this place is really concerning."

"That place is great the owner is so caring she loves the kids and she really cares about them. They give kids fresh food. I always feel confident leaving my baby with them and even my baby loves the place. Thank you kids world day care for taking a great care of our babies and make from them smart and polite kids."

"We have been using this daycare since our son was 1 year old. He has been here over 15 months and we had been very positive about this daycare. Most of the teachers are very caring in this place and most of them are also mothers which makes them more caring towards children. The management is very flexible with our travel schedule. Also the place is very clean, they don't use carpets at all. Their kitchen is always good and sometimes I want to eat there too! Most of the teachers are Russian speaking (but they communicate in English as well). We are actually happy to have Russian teachers since our son will eventually learn English but having another language would be a plus for us. He already understands Russian (validated by our Russian speaking friends). So if you are interested in clean, caring place this is good. The only negative for some others might be some of the teachers (not all of them) not fluent in English. But for us, this was actually a plus not a negative thing. I hope the management can keep this place as good as it is now."

"I have two daughters that attended this center for about a year or so. I truly Loved having them there. I relocated and I had to take them out and that was a heartbreak for us all. I have not found any other facility like this one and unfortunately I’ll have to settle for less. This facility is always clean and neat. The staff is always dressed well and very nice and caring. You can tell that the kids are the focal point of this establishment. What I appreciate most is the director of the facility, Nina. Very easy to talk to and more than willing to show video footage of any concerns presented to her. This facility truly provided me with a peace of mind unlike any other facility. My girls as well as myself will truly miss the great staff and the clean environment. If they’re in your area, I’d definitely recommend giving them a chance."
