"Receptionist shouldn't work with people. I worked in the restaurant industry for a number of years, so I am understanding of people having a bad day. Each experience I've had with her the last few times was extremely unpleasant from how she talks to patients to how she talks about patients in front of other patients. She left a voicemail on my phone saying I needed to call back by 12PM to confirm appointment for following day or it would be cancelled. Well my children were in speech therapy til almost one that day and I couldn't make the call and genuinely forgot to call later that afternoon. I assumed it was cancelled seeing how I've been in the waiting room there when others have walked in who didn't confirm appointments to be told the appointment was cancelled. I called the following morning to reschedule and she told me I was no longer able to schedule appointments with them. I had to call the day of to see if they had room.....I have two children and a spouse who works full time. I was supposed to get a crown done, what exactly does she expect me to do with my two toddlers? Life happens, emergencies happen. I understand they have an appointment policy, but I only have missed one cleaning appointment with them. It seems more like a power trip thing to me. I was left under the impression she was canceling this appointment judging by her voice mail saying that. I am looking for a new dentist. I had positive experience with all the medical staff there, but dealing with a crazy person working the front desk is enough to make me go elsewhere."
"First time meeting Dr. Hinesmen and her assistant and was automatically satisfied and comfortable. I would recommend this Dentist to everyone I know for sure they don't let you be in pain."
