"Great staff and environment, but was disappointed to be surprised with a new co-pay at the end of my last cleaning. My insurance has not changed, and for the past 3 years app my cleanings have been covered 100%, but this week I was charged a $10 co-pay for "oral hygiene instruction". My cleaning this week was no different than those in previous years, so the new charge was a big surprise to me. Luckily, it was not a high price in this case, but it is so frustrating as a patient when you are not told about changes to the services you are receiving ahead of time, so you do not get the change to refuse treatment you cannot afford/don't want to pay for. Surprise bills are the worst part of our medical system, and I was extremely disappointed to encounter this issue at Jefferies, Smiths, and Associates."

"I have had two teeth cleanings at this dental office and will keep coming back. I like just about everything about this space and the people there. They take their time, provide good oral care advice AND are gentle with my mouth, but also with me. Over the weekend, I had a throbbing tooth and called and they were able to fit me in asap, in order for me to know that I will need a tooth canal. As I was doing the math on the bill, they were able to share the range of the final costs to expect, called in a prescription immediately for the infection and even remembered to say one thing no other dentists or doctors have ever told me, which is, "If you're on birth control, have a back-up because antibiotics take away the effectiveness of birth control." That's so important to not assume people know about the relationship between antibiotics and birth control and to share that information with women on birth control in order for us to make informed decisions about our health."

"I have been going to this dentist for at least 6 year's probably longer and never have had a bad visit. I had to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed because I have a smaller jaw and they would have grown in crooked. I was well taken care and felt little to no pain because of the numbing medication. I have recommended friends to my dentist and they still are going there and have also not had any bad experiences."
