"The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great staff. However. The bus from Philadelphia to wilkes-barre is a little crazy. I mean why stop in wilkes-barre township then go to Scranton . Only to return to to downtown wilkes-barre. To drop off passengers who've been maybe traveling all day. Honestly. Whoever designed that is an idiot. Sorry . Just being honest"

"It is clean enough for a bus station. There are three parking spots for pick up and drop off. I’ve seen some homeless hang out there but I see police also drive by too. You can wait inside or out."
"Driver and Attendant were very Helpful and courteous. Clean, Fast and reliable trip to NYC. Purchased Ticket at WB for a Theater trip to see Phatom of the Opera, Front Mezzanine, $300.00 each, when we're being seated at the theater, are seats we're Not together !, luckily the person that was next to us and also on the same bus hadthe same issue. They switched with us."
