"After years of visiting other dentists in the Washington, Pa and Morgantown, WV areas with less than positive experiences friends referred us to Dr. Seitz. Thankfully we listened and gave his practice a chance, We will never go anywhere else again! Dr. Seitz and his entire staff are polite, professional and courteous. As you enter his welcoming reception area you are greeted with a smile and pleasant music overhead. The hygienists are so gentle and proficient! (Other experiences for me have always been painful, bloody, and not so great) This is not the case here. Most Excellent. Dr. Seitz is attentive and makes sure you as the patient is aware of the plan of action (watching a possible cavity, filling and cavity, etc.) I've only had a few cavities filled at this office so I can't speak of any other procedures. It takes a lot to numb my mouth/gums so Dr. Seitz takes extra caution and time to make sure I don't hurt. Flexible scheduling availability, mailed out appointment reminders (usually followed up with phone call reminders) help make sure you don't miss out, affordable costs (both with insurance and out of pocket) are just a few of the positives I tell friends about when discussing this dentist practice. If you are afraid of the dentist, like many are, I strongly encourage you to give Dr. Seitz a try. You will not be disappointed."
"Complete idiots. They didnt numb me all the way and i felt everything then acted like i was lying about it. I went in with a cracked tooth and came out with half my tooth gone. I could only eat soft stuff before and now drinking water hurts. Never going back again. "Oh you have cracked tooth?... let me crack it a little more for you.""
