"So I came through and they didn't have what I wanted and then they trapped me behind the person who was ordering in front of me and felt that somehow it was an insult to that person to ask them to pull forward. So I couldn't get what I wanted, I was trapped for 8 minutes, and I was mocked by the people working in the drive-thru. It was a disgusting experience and I will never be back. The manager ought to train those workers because their lack of care for the next customer in line was unbelievable. Many restaurants have people pull through so other people aren't stuck in the drive-thru. Why this restaurant doesn't know how to do that and why they insult a customers who ask for that courtesy is completely beyond me. Those teenagers were absolutely disgusting in their treatment of me. Their parents should be ashamed of themselves. Their managers should be ashamed of those employees. A freaking apology that I was stuck there might have been nice. But no just disrespect and mockery because clearly the person waiting to buy the item was more important than the customer that they couldn't serve and kept trapped in the line. I don't mind waiting if you have the item for me. If you don't have the item that you advertise and then you keep me trapped in a line for 8 minutes and mock me when I asked to go forward, you don't know how to run a business and you shouldn't be in business, even if you are making money."

"Our order was perfect and for the first time in a LONG time we had a GREAT cashier! Her name is Heather W (according to the receipt). The guacamole was great, they skipped the tomatoes, like i asked... I had to take away one star because the new "Cantina crispy chicken taco" was overpriced, considering the piece of chicken in it was about the size of 2 fingers. (On a smaller hand). (Pictured below) Overall, the quality that the employees could control, was fantastic. ☺"
