"Staff is polite though some lacking in common sense - environment is clean"
"I recently to visit this location, twice in one week. While everyone in the waiting room was wearing a mask, none of the workers behind the glass, the Judge, the staff in the courtroom, or multiple police were wearing their masks. Not every staff member was in violation but a large majority were. I'm not very picky about masks, i try not to wear mine outside of shopping. But this many people in an enclosed space that received as many visitors as it does that are forced to go to that location is dangerous. I simply asks that the individuals who work under the rule of law, follow the orders given by the Pennsylvania Health Department. While the staff is not the happiest bunch, they are working a rough job and wearing a full uniform/suit all day can be irritating. But in these conditions that just cannot happen."
"Absolutely ridiculous. Twice i have gone by this place to pay my fine and both times whenever I got there they were closed early. They're supposed to close at 4 I got there at 3:50 the first time took off work early and the doors were locked. just today I went by to pay my fine again took off work early and they closed an hour early because it's "the last day of the month" whatever that's supposed to mean. Wish I had a job where I can just get up and leave whenever I felt like it and just inconvenience everybody . No instead I have to beg and plead with my boss to leave early drive an hour from the job site just to get to the front doors of the place and see if there's a sign that says don't leave cash in the drop box we closed early bla bla bla. Absolutely ridiculous."
"I've never had a problem with people here. The ladies in the office are kind and helpful and the judge is very fair. He actually listens to you and cares; he realizes we're human and sometimes make mistakes."
