"I needed a new dentist mine retired. Dr. Kokai asked me to tell him a little bit about myself so I told him I was in a car accident and had broken my jaw etc. So he said I had 3 cavities two of which I think was previously filled but can't prove it. The third the filling came out. So the one he drilled too far down to the root and had to get a root canal. The one where the filling came out he pushed so hard on my jaw with his arm that I swore he was going to rebreak my jaw! I have had pain and now trouble with my jaw that I have not had in 38 years!"
