"Review is particular to the pharmacy. I've been in the area for about a month. I've had different prescriptions issued during this time, and each time I've called and attempted to have prescriptions transferred here, not once has the phone been picked up -- NOT ONCE! I've had to have my prescriptions transferred to the CVS twice the distance from here because this pharmacy doesn't seem to have a tiny bit of customer service."

"I was on the phone for about an hour and a half. Over an hour of that on hold. I get being busy and low staff, but at the very least you pick up the phone and tell the customer something along the lines "can you please hold" you know? Acknowledge me at the VERY least.. Also don't use being busy as an excuse for your employees to ignore the phone for over an hour. At least speak and tell/ask us to hold. If you got so many new people training at least teach one how to ask a customer to hold...."
