"Update: Walmart did in fact what i hope they would, i am traveling to get my prescription now. They rectified the situation very quickly and i am very satisfied. I am leaving my first review to demonstrate how they came through for me. I am throughly impressed with the speed they turned this around OLD Review IS No Longer Applicable: "I will raise this rating if they call me back about a Rx that was sent electronically to this Walmart Pharmacy because it was the only Pharmacy that had Tussionex. Supposedly my doctor confirmed that Walmart acknowledged electronically that they received the prescription. Well, I called to find out what time the prescription would be ready? They had no idea what I was talking about!!! What's even more irritating, I was on hold for 30+ minutes to find out they had no prescription for me. They did say they would contact my doctor directly to get the Rx information, and call me back.... I am not holding my breath waiting for them to call me back literally. Bacterial bronchitis is awful when the cough hurts so badly you don't want to cough. As I said, if they surprise me and call me back, I will correct my rating. I originally gave it a 2 star but giving how important prescriptions are for sick individuals I dropped it to 1 star. I really want to give them a better rating; therefore, I will update the review if I wind up picking up Rx today 4 stars; tomorrow 3 stars: and so on. Surprise me Walmart Pharmacy""

"My son stopped by to pick up my medicine today and he told me about the very same experience of respect, care, positive vibes and great teamwork of the pharmacy personnel. I stopped by earlier this week with my son and know what exactly he is talking about. My family and I were lucky to chose Stafford Walmart pharmacy as our choice for about 5 years ago and we would love to stay with it for as long as we live in Stafford. In short, I would like to thank you every individual at Stafford Walmart Pharmacy, particularly pharmacy specialists Claritsa and Sofie for being super nice, helpful and professional, and hope that the management acknowledges their dedication and great work which have made our experience great every single time, there. Thank you."

"I have used this location multiple times. I have never had poor customer service and I am a stickler for receiving excellent customer service. Also, I observed others receiving excellent customer service. There are comments about an older employee with short hair...if it is the same person, she went out of her way to call insurance to see why a rx is not covered. I don't understand why others had a different experience and accept that they did but wished to share my experience. It is a busy location, but most walmart pharmaces are...as is CVS, and Target and Walmart."

"My family & I have been the customer of this pharmacy for about three years now. Every single time the staff helped us, as well as other customers, quickly with genuine respect and lots of care regardless of customers' age, gender, and even mood. When more people standing in line, they quickly adjust their work force as a team to help at front desks faster. Maria, Yogesh, Sophia, and Yousef (the doctor) as well as other staff and doctors there are so nice and treat everyone humanly that we forget about fact that we were sick and came pick up our medicine; It becomes a simply pleasant shopping experience for us. When asking them about over the counter products they come out of their shop and quickly show us where we can find it and help with our questions. They make me feel that I am in the right hands and in right place. We have never thought about changing our pharmacy. They recognize us by face, it is obvious from their greetings and body language. I see they have that desire to help people and do their job professionally. This have never changed. I have never submitted an online survey but this time and after all these times, receiving equally excellent service, I asked my son to write them one because I do not English very well. I should mention that continuous exemplary service as I would if I had a complain. My family and I sincerely appreciate it and believe that their managers should take it into consideration. Well done Walmart for having such great staff."

"Horrible, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I agree with everyone who posted before me. They are the absolute WORST at customer service. Shame on you Walmart for employing such RUDE people!!! The older lady is HORRIBLE. The lady that speaks poor English is also horrible. I don't understand how they are still in business. I hope people look at these reviews before giving any business to them! Try Dan's wellness pharmacy down the street. They go ABOVE and beyond and are very friendly and sweet. Even CVS in target around the corner is better and actually has better prices than the stand alone CVS."
