"The office manager Suzanne was awful to deal with. My appts have been cancelled and rescheduled multiple times because the office was not able to verify the insurance coverage, deductible , or copay. At one of the rescheduled appts for my 3 yr old who was complaining of pain when she chews, the dentist was so rushed and the office said it’s bc he was the only one there and the pediatric dentist was off that week. Everything felt rushed and the dentist did not even look in my daughter’s mouth, just said come back in 6 months. Finally, after years of going here they are no longer taking state insurance as secondary coverage, so my daughter with disabilities is no longer welcome as a patient. State insurance is provided to individuals with special needs, mental health and lower income families….. all of which are apparently no longer welcome at Lighthouse Dentistry!"

I feel a lot better about smiling now and I'm all set up for an extraction and more fillings next month. Great office very clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing and kind. Definitely my go to dentist office in Erie! Highly recommend."
