"My mother bought a pool liner . After installation, it was found that the liner had holes in it. She inquired with Rhiel supply, where they stated that they do not warranty the product and that she would have to reach out to the supplier. The supplier stated that they do not warranty any products unless the holes were on a seam. We were unable to find the holes. She had to pay to install the liner twice and had to buy two liners. Fyi the liner and installation were approximately $1200 each time. Buyers beware, as soon as you buy a product from them, they transfer all of the liability onto the customer. They wouldn't even give my mother a discount on the second liner. It's pretty sad you lost a customer of 20 years to your pour business decisions."

"Horrible! To start u can never get any help here. Looking for pool chemicals, good luck! Not like there's any clear signage or rhyme or reason to where anything is. Walk the floor for 15 minutes and no one will come to your aid. Now with the covid shortage of chlorine these customer service rock stars won't sell any to you unless you bought some from them last year. Oh you bought a big bucket the year before .... Nope! Don't worry I won't be buying anything from you any more. With the market flooded with other folks selling the same product you'd think they wouldn't cut their own throats and alienate ANY customers coming through the door, but it seems to be their business model."

"Bought a new pool from here two years ago. Nothing but problems with my new liner. Black spots kept showing up on the floor of liner . They were perfect rectangular. Sent pictures ,phone calls and never got any help. They kept telling me it was my chemicals. I've had a pool my whole life. It wasn't the chemicals. Remember perfect corners and rectangular shape. Well after not getting anywhere we ordered a new liner from another company and when we went to install it found the problem. The last installer from rhiel supply left the liner box cut open and lying flat in the sand. MOLD.. the entire box is black with mold. There's my rectangular shape I kept getting. We are out at least $1500. New liner, water, chemicals and new installer fee."
