"I have gotten an upper denture and a partial from this business. The denture broke within 14 months and was repaired TWICE only to break again within days, each time. Then I got a repacement denture and it will not stay in, even with denture adhesive. None of the three have ever fit properly with the partial being too painful to wear. Adjustments have been made on each, all to no avail. I expressed my belief that all were of poor quality and poorly made. They were made in a facility in Southern Ohio, so be aware. I was told that I could not expect them to fit like my natural teeth!! Even a fool knows that!!!!!! Not satisfied and am going elsewhere for new dentures."

"Apparently they can straight up refuse to see you based on what your medical insurance is even when you are trying to pay with cash?! Love to know how that works when my money has nothing to do with my medical insurance??!"

"Very rude staff not only are they rude they have no clue what they are doing. I got some feelings done there a couple months back and one has recently fell out and when I went to a new dentist there is another one that they had done that has decay underneath the feeling. I have had a few different friends who have also said it’s the worst dental experience they’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone!"

"I have been going here for the last 4-5 years and they have always done such a great job. At my last cleaning I asked about having the composite redone on my front teeth that I broke in half as a child. It had been roughly 17 years and was chipping away in some areas near the gum line. They suggested that I opt for crowns instead of the composite for a list of reasons. I was a nervous wreck due to it being my front teeth but decided I needed to upgrade to crowns. I absolutely LOVE the results. They were able to close the small gaps in my teeth and give me the smile I have always dreamed of. I will continue to sing their praises and recommend them to everyone I know. They are professional, friendly, clean and gentle. If you are in need to a great dentist with great dental hygienist&staff, go here. **FYI- If you are getting crowns, know that the temporary crowns will look wonky while your permanents are being made. My temporaries were in for 2.5 weeks but if you just trust the process and you will end up with beautiful teeth.**"

"Had a appointment for my daughter here they set up 5 different apts for one child. Then set up apts for my other 2 months out then call me a few days ago canceling my apts. I have a very rude vmail to prove it. Would NOT reccomend!!"
