"I wanted to purchase a pool immediately. Called multiple times through the week and could not get a sales person or one to call me back. I attempted to get the info I needed in email and even though I had responses I still did not receive all the needed info. I was told they were going to call me between 9-9:30pm and no one called and then I see an email the next day they couldn’t find my number. Finally on my day off I drove an hour there to be told they couldn’t help me without an appointment. If someone would have called back and answered the emailed questions, then all could have been avoided. I would not recommend!!!!"

"We purchased a pool over twenty years ago from Summer Fun so when we were in need of a new one we returned. We layed away a pool in September of 2017 and paid it off during the winter. We were told that an installer would contact us and that we were second on the list for spring installation. On May third an installer came and told us that within two weeks the job would be done. Memorial Day came and went and we had no pool. We never heard from the installer again. While expressing our frustration to Donna - who we understand to be the owner at summer fun - she made it perfectly clear that she really just didn't care if or when our pool was installed. When we finally were sent an installer who actually did the job we were pleased with his work. We were not pleased however with summer fun's handling of the issue. It's our understanding that as we are approaching July 4th many summer fun customers are still waiting and are equally unhappy. I personally saw a list of 14 folks who are still waiting for their pools.When you buy a pool from summer fun you will be lucky if you receive it fully intact as Donna is known to take parts from pools and sell them to customers looking for a specific part. The bottom line is that if you are willing to pay for a pool and then be left high and dry for installation then summer fun is for you however if you would like to buy a pool and have a company that cares see you through until the end go somewhere else. Summer Fun does not care about its customers. One more thing, when told by my husband that I would be writing a poor review Donna's exact words to him where "I don't care," which is probably the only honest words spoken by Donna at Summer Fun. ***************** I just read Summer Fun's response to this.... It's laughable. The weather was fine. No excuses. We were totally mislead. I mean reallly..... when buying a pool don't you expect installation?? Seriously, Summer Fun You suck and I wonder how many others you're putting the screws to in 2019???"

"Very disappointed with my overall experience at Summer Fun. The Owner has a very poor customer service attitude and made us feel like we were trying to steal $2 winterizing plugs that were missing. She sent people to my house twice without asking or warming me, and never apologized after finding some of the winterization items we said were missing that "hadn't happened in all her 27 years in business.". The pool installer initially said we should have our pool in late May or June. Our pool was finally done in late July. He said he was working 12 hrs a day, 7 days a week (how could he be behind if that's what he was working), then, when he got to our pool, he worked a few regular days and 3 half days. He "only" communicated with me when it was time to collect his checks, and he didn't coordinate any subcontractors like he said he would when I bought the pool 9 months earlier. The worst part though, was that he left all the trash (huge pallets, boxes, plastic, metal banding and his own personal trash) right under my front porch and told my wife that she could burn it. This was on the day he collected his final $1,000 check after another half days work. The pool quality seems ok, but other pool owners have told me he should have plumbed half of the five return jets separately and installed a bottom main drain. They said those were shortcuts he took. Overall, I was not satisfied with my once in a lifetime $42,000 investment with Summer Fun Pools and will not be going back for chemicals or other service. Jake Lisbon, OH"
