"I first went to the free dental day for a cleaning. The staff is friendly, clean and thorough. It was a great experience. I was informed of a low cost new patient deal. So I scheduled that appointment. I had to call and reschedule that first appointment due to a death in the family. I was assured the new patient deal would be honored at the new appointment 2 weeks later. After checking in for my appointment, I was informed they no longer honor that deal and would need to pay 358$ for the appointment. I would reccomend there be better communication between staff. So everyone is on the same page. I kept checking on the phone when scheduling that they would honor the "80$ deal appointment" and was assured each time, they would. It was disappointing to line up child care, show up for the appointment, check in and then have to leave because I was told different."
