"The front desk staff is welcoming and nice. The dentist needs to be more patient and attentive with patients. I was received for a root canal since September and a crown. I have been constant pain since then, and was prescribed pain killers and steroids without addressing the real cause of the pain. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and came back with a note and X-rays that the dentist did not even look at. Hekrot on providing explanation on the reason for the pain without even listening to the patient and walked away to another patient leaving his assistant to try and help. I have requested an evaluation ftom a root canal specialist, still in pain even more than before the dentist treated me."
