"Worst pharmacy experience ever. I kept checking on my prescription for a week and always hearing "your prescription has been ordered and will be here tomorrow". No update when they don't get the prescription in till I call, then told the same thing for a whole week! Absolute lack of customer care and aren't even slightly apologetic for their inefficiency. I only sent my Rx here due to the drive-thru pickup option but never again."

"My daughter and I made 12:45pm and 1:00pm appointments for COVID shot at the Walgreens in Largo, MD. Upon arrival, the line was very long, and there were 5 families waiting in their little waiting area and 2 families in line ahead of us. I waited at least 20 mins. in line to check in for my appointment. Only to discover the Phatmacist was rude and nasty. He loudly told his assistant that he wasn't taking anyone after 1:00 pm. She explained to him that we were the 12:45 & 1:00 appointments and had been waiting in line. He rudely told her that he didn't go by appointment times, and basically, we would not be receiving out shot. I had a few words for him, but he was saved by the children and seniors already waiting. Needless to say, I will never, ever step foot in there again for nothing!"

"Pretty good pharmacy. I've been there for Covid-testing as well as to pick up prescriptions. The only reason for the 4-stars is that when you call them, it takes a very long time for someone to answer the phone. You will be on hold for at least 30 or more minutes. The best time to call is in the mornings. Other than that, I like this pharmacy."

"This is one of the worst pharmacies ever. If you call, they are going to keep you on hold had to wait on hold three separate times for over 30 min a piece to get my prescriptions filled; also, they never have prescriptions at the store, so they will say that they have to order it the next day I advise anyone that's getting your medication try to order at least a week in advance If I could give this store a negative 0 I would."
