"The pharmacy was sent my medication, but told me they didn’t have it on file. I was in tears and desperate, called my doctor to confirm, returned to the pharmacy the next day, and the same result. The third day, they told me I had multiple profiles and needed to update my insurance information. The utter disregard for the comfort, safety, and health of their customers is patent. Stay away!"

"The service from this pharmacy has been embarrassingly poor this week. Because I have a medication that can’t be filled elsewhere (it’s a controlled substance because unprescribed people use it as a “party drug”), it is important that I get my prescription filled at the location my doctor sends it. It is also important that I get it filled as close to the fill date as possible, because as someone with a diagnosed medical condition, it is crucial to my daily functioning. I tried to get in touch with the pharmacy multiple times this week – both through phone calls and by visiting the location during open hours. When I’ve called, I’ve been put on everlasting holds – probably over an hour total. I visited in person during their listed open hours and twice found that they were closed without any advanced warning or statement as to when they would be open again. I was getting very frustrated with the process, so my wife volunteered to try picking up my medication for me. When she went in, she found that the pharmacy had my prescription in their system but that they had “cancelled” it without any explanation or warning, so it wouldn’t be filled, and I would have to get my doctor to send it again. They also stated that they would not be able to fill the doctor’s prescription for at least another 6 days. The reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is that until recently I have found them to be one of the more reliable pharmacies in the area. Very disappointed."

"The people who work at this Walgreens are nice enough, however, every time I fill my prescription here I tell them I'm going to wait for it and they tell me it'all be about 15-20 mins and I give them extra time to fill it and they don't until I come back 30 mins later. Then they tell me that I need to wait another 30-45 mins to have the prescription filled. Also, another time I dropped off my prescription, and again I told them I was going to wait for it, after 30 mins I go to the counter and they tell me that they couldn't fill it at all. I will not be coming back to this location at all."
