"11/5/23 Made the mistake after all the issues I have with Lowes noted at bottom to give them one more chance. I bought a new refrigerator from them. Big mistake. 1. Delivery guys did not speak english. Horrible communication experience. They acted like they did not know what I was saying. I still tipped them 10 bucks each. 2. Delivery tore up my lawn. 3. Delivery bent the bottome hinge on my storm door using an old dolly. 4. Delivery, I had to ask for the hose, Lowes made me buy at purchase, when they were leaving. They connected my old hose which was fine. 5. Delivery did not have simple channel lock pliers so they asked for mine and never gave them back. I realized a few days later. 6. Delivery did not unwrap my refrigerator. They said to leave plastic on for 4 hours. Could not answer why. 7. Never received a bill of lading or receipt. 8. Called Lowes about the delivery experience and they said I need to speak to delivery service. 9. I have tried to contact Lowes about these issues and can't get through. I am put on hold as soon as I call and call was dropped 4-5 times. So I am writing this as my only way to communicate with them. Needless to say I am done shopping at Lowes. I can't even get through to them to talk about this. 10/23 Lowe's definitely not keeping workers staffed during the week. Hard to find help in store and on phone calls to them. When we finally found someone to help us he set up the wrong date we chose for tile/flooring estimate. It took 3 calls to correct and store manager would not speak to me when I called to ask him to resolve."

"Lowes is definitely better than the Home Depot In Newton. The only thing is the employees are something else. No one is ever in the area when you need them. They never want to help you find anything. I literally spend a lot of money at this store because I’m a contractor. Two weeks ago, I ask for help to order something and the manager told me we cant order anything to the store. Which is by far the biggest lie I’ve heard because I’ve ordered a lot of material in store before. I asked her is there anyway to order this and she told me there was nothing for her to do. She didn’t even check any stores near by for me. She kept arguing with me and gave me a good amount of attitude. I asked her to do her job and that is unacceptable. For a huge company to have no customer service is unacceptable. If she was apart of my company, I would have fired her on the spot!"
