"Worst dentist ever, and I’m not just speaking from experience. Dr Mason is so unprofessional and rude to her assistants. If she doesn’t like you she’ll cancel your appointment and not reschedule you. There has been times I had an appointment and got there and was told they weren’t expecting me. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go to this dentist."

"Missed work twice to see her because she was recommended by someone else and each visit she did literally absolutely nothing she told me to basically let someone else do it because they have to do my other work and “why get work done twice let them do this work as well” when I was clearly told she could do the work….she prescribed me antibiotics because my regular dentist did and she didn’t even know the reason behind it….she’s aggressive when even just looking in your mouth…basically long story short I walked out with no work done that was initially agreed upon and a still sore mouth and a pocket of antibiotics that wasn’t needed or known why they was prescribed to me in the first place by her…I’ve seen her a combined 15 mins in total and that’s both appointments combined. I spent more time in the waiting area watching tv than actually talking to her. So it’s a no for me"

"The dentist, Dr. Mason has crooked unclean, unkept teeth (already a bad sign). Really disappointing experience. I saw the dentist 01/31/23. The dentist told me I have a small cavity, then after my visit I went to Fenton Family Dental the same day and I was told no cavity is at all visible on the tooth. They were actually thorough and checked the tooth thoroughly by checking the bite, x-rays, and told me everything is good. Dr. Mason gave me false information as no cavity is there. She was also not very nice in her demeanor and I waited a significantly long time to be seen for a toothache when I arrived early for my visit. I didn't leave until over an hour later for a single x-ray and a brief talk about the tooth. I left Fenton Family Dental within 30 minutes tops. I will not recommend this dentistry to anyone and I do not recommend it. Long wait times, ridiculous information, unfriendly demeanor from the dentist, and the dentist was too aggressive with trying to add on unnecessary treatments to get extra money. All things debunked by Fenton Family Dental (an actual qualified and competent dentistry) that they said is unnecessary and that the dentist I saw, Dr. Mason, is too aggressive. Very disappointing experience."
