"Manipulator and hidden charges that I was not aware of please before getting any work done the day of your appointment ask the reception what will be the cost of your visit today I signed the paperwork thinking I only had to pay 845.00 which I paid ahead time it was never explained to me about the other fees the hidden ones by talking to Michell about what we discuss about the cost she gaslight me in my face now I’m stuck with a 1,444.00 balance those hidden fees was never discussed so before u set in there chair for any work done ask the receptionist what is your total balance.I see nothing but Greed"

"Horizon Family Dental (clinton) is the worst dental office in the area. I don’t recommend anybody use their services even it was free. They had a promotion going on when I first got my invisalign that was supposed to include free teeth whitening when I was done. I was officially done with them on 10/10/23 and was told I could not recieve them because I declined to get my retainers with them. I believe the real reason is because I am black. I’ve heard other stories of other African Americans being treated poorly with them also. Stay far away from them if at all possible."

"The front desk service was wonderful. Starting from the scheduling over the phone. Chris was absolutely amazing. He explained every step of the visit and the work he performed during the process. His smile was comforting in addition to his gentleness and kind personality during the process. To be able to see the pictures on the tv screen and hear an explanation was so awesome. I appreciate the upgraded technology. The consultation with the doctor after the procedure was welcoming. Lastly, the facility appeared to be sanitized and clean. The staff was dressed neat and was in sync as a team. Thank you for great service and a friendly visit!"

"My experience at Horizon Dental Care is 5 stars! Aja and the dental hygienist were professional and very friendly. As well as the ladies at the front desk. While checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was a credit on my account - favor! I also appreciated the Dr. speaking with me about my visit as well as my minor sons cleaning. I took that opportunity to ask her a follow-up question regarding my retainer. My family has been customers at Horizon Dental Care for many years and we are always very satisfied!"
