"This is to warn anyone that is going to get dentures made at this company. I went in they made a set of wax dentures. I was told the wax dentures was just for looks to see if I liked the teeth because i told them that they were not fitting Correctly I waited 2 weeks. Got the dentures. It was exactly like the wax dentures and did not fit. They put reliner in in them and adjusted them i couldn't talk in them let alone eat they tried. What ever they could do to try to make Them work. They determined that my impressions were not done right and the dentures had to be replaced. They took new impressions and I got the second dentures the fit for the top was better but not the bottom so same thing . The bite was not right did not fit correctly The teeth in the front were not aligned correctly the gum material at the top was too long so the top teeth sat too low where I could not shut my mouth. Overtop of the teeth when relaxed. I asked them for my money back. They told me they were only going to return $460 out of $1700. So I am warning you if you need to get dentures made. Go to a professional because this company will make you pay For the dentures, even if you can't use them. Nice people, but the work is not professional as far as making. Save yourself the headaches and money."
