"I looked up an item on their website and thought it was a decent price and I went to this Rite Aid to get it. When I find the item in the shelf, it is priced over twice as much as the website. I asked an employee about this price discrepancy and was told that there is a (hidden) fee on the website when you checkout that I can't find because the online cart is marked as "free pickup at store". I ended up buying the item because I needed it, but was upset that I drove further than necessary thinking I was going to get a product for a certain price."
