"I NEVER receive any call backs. Every time I am told the office will contact me to follow-up, schedule, or literally anything I am left waiting for months. When I finally call back its like they never heard of anything Im saying. Getting my daughter in her orthodontics should have happened a year ago. We have used them for the last 7 years but Im thinking its time to move on. Sad to leave since my daughter absolutely loves the dentist and the hygienists. But the waiting and lack of communication is beyond frustrating."

"Dr. Floyd was great! It was a great experience for my 4 year old and I. Very clean office as well. Honestly this visit I was getting inpatient about the wait my child was fasting but besides that the entire office staff is always professional and nice.
