"If I could give zero stars, I would. They are unprofessional with their service which caused me to require the services redone by another dentist. The staff (Orlandra & Wesley) try their best, but the owner (Ngu) is horrible at best. I would not recommend them at all. The services they provided caused bone loss and an infection In response to your response, the many conversations were me trying to reach you, and you ignoring me. We both know why you refunded my money. I'm done."
"Had my wisdom teeth removed today and was so nervous. The staff did an amazing job reassuring me and explaining every step. It was painless and quick! The prep took the longest. Thanks Dr. Ansari for being great. 10/10 recommend this dental office."
"Despite having numerous conversations with the admin staff that implicitly or explicitly stated the opposite, this facility failed to disclose that they are out of network for all insurance providers. After months of back and forth between my insurance provider and this facility to get to this information, I now realize I'm on the hook for significantly more out of pocket costs for major dental work than I budgeted. Although I have asked for my claims to be submitted with additional narrative to maximize my benefits and the admin staff assured me this would happen, the provider has not done so. I previously gave this facility a glowing review, which I'm changing now because of their lack of transparency, refusal to join network contracts for insurance, and refusal to submit additional documentation as an insurer requested. Do not recommend."
"This is the only dentist I would recommend to everyone. It felt so nice to go to a dentist where customer service is great. The doctor and her dental assistant that work with me is outstanding. I expressed my concerns on day one and they listened and understood what my experience was at other dental offices. I was nervous at first but they made me feel comfortable and explained everything that was going to take place at that time. The financial Coordinator was nice,friendly, understanding and very informative. The doctor was so nice and patient with me. I want to thank Metro Dental for making me feel like someone cared. If anyone looking for great service I recommend Metro Dental in New Carrollton, Md."
