"I did a consultation via phone, and all went well! This specialty dentist I chose hearing what this specialty person had too say on Larry King late night and his information. I called back too schedule an appointment, like talked about , when I could find a way too the location and scheduled on December 17th! There was nothing unsafe at all, weather or anything and Dentist Kravitz ‘s office said the same as I did!! Rescheduled, had too wait all the way till January 4 th for the reschedule! On January 4 th nothing talked about on the original consultation via phone was worked out as the original consultation! Nothing about this dental office was OK at all! Dentist Kravitz never talked too me and worked out anything like was said on the original consultation via phone in December at all! Dentist Kravitz is no longer the same caring expertise in his career ! This was actually a very crazy negative non positive day at his office and very huge totally bad business! I called back too the office after returning too Fredericksburg, VA and said what I had too say too the office person who answered the phone, how bad and horrible negative experience I had!!! Total nothing other then negative and huge non positive day in every way !’"
