"Ok so at first I thought this place was great because they work with your insurance and try not to charge you an arm and leg. Two very brutal things happened in an almost two months period for me that caused me to have to reschedule my appointment, one was the death of a family member and the other was my child having COVID. For the loss of a family member I didn't really think to call them ahead of time because I was preoccupied with grief but I didn't like how they pretended that I had done something wrong. That seemed like a situation that someone would reasonably forget to reschedule right? But despite their rude manner of rescheduling, and lack of sympathy, I rescheduled. A month and a half later they my daughter comes to me the Friday before my Monday appointment and she's positive for COVID. It being the weekend, there's no way to Call Sunny or Dr. Hassani so I resign myself to waiting till they open. At 7 Monday morning I get a text to confirm my appointment from Mrs. Sunny which I immediately respond my daughter is positive for COvID but I'll still come if they don't mind. They call me at 9 asking me where I was I'm like I texted y'all. Sunny the office lady must of lied to the dr. I did say I'd go in but instead they hung up on me. I live 5 min away, would not of been a problem but hey, I got hung up on. I tried to reschedule and was told that apparently, I don't value their time and they want me to find a new dentist. Sunny the office lady lies to the dentist because she fails to inform her when she misses communication. Many times throughout my time knowing them I've had to show my messages to the doctor and Sunny will be like "oh yeah sorry I didn't see that". And I guess they just are a dentist office that isn't "Family" based like their name is because damn, for a name like theirs you would think they wouldn't be like that. I missed two appointments in almost 2 years of knowing them. Whatever, on to a new dentist. My wife and I will be going somewhere else."

"Very clean hygienic office with friendly and supportive staff. I had a quick and easy filling and it was very comfortable and Dr. Hassani is the best. They are a stickler for you being on time so if you are chronicly late as I am just know there is no grace period so be on time. To their credit, they start on time and will not have you waiting in the waiting room past your appointment. I was seen on time and was in and out. Overall great family dentist."

"The ladies at this office are very nice. Very to the point and efficient. They always ask about how I'm doing, and check in on my work and such. They do a great job on my teeth."
