"Today I was given antibiotics for my son in powder form because the pharmacist wasn’t on site and the technician was either incompetent or badly trained. I had to go back at 8pm to get the mistake fixed while my sick child waited for up so he could take his medicine before going to sleep. I’ve never been so livid. This is the first bad experience I’ve had here but its the worst thing I’ve heard of, let alone experienced, a pharmacy doing. Three stars because they’re usually good, but check the bag they give you before leaving. Edit: My son is now on day 8.5 of a 10 day course and I have just run out of his medicine. The pharmacist didn’t give me enough when she reconstituted it. I’d never seen either the technician or pharmacist who did this before and I hope I never do again. Two stars."
