"We inherited this pool they that built by purchasing our home in 2018. We had an amazing Viking Fiberglass pool with Auto pilot salt chlorinator, infloor cleaning system and deck jets. As much as I loved all those luxury features, I am shocked at the way this pool was installed! There is no Jandy handle near the pump to control the suction or separation of the main drain and skimmer. So after having 5 other highly reputable companies tell us this was " ridiculous" and the biggest "shortcut" they've seen, we have to close and winterize it ourselves every year. No one will do it now bc there's no way to blow the water out of each line separately. The risk of an underground pipe cracking haunts us every winter. I have sent an email and no one ever answers the phone. Our pool is even in their marketing advertisement! We live in a community where so many people are putting in pools. Unfortunately, I could never recommend them! As far as the picture, the black handle on the top is for a water feature we are afraid to use. The white PVC coming out of the rocks and into the motor is the main drain and skimmer line connected who knows where under the ground!"

"Been trying to reach them for weeks, they don't answer the phone they don't return calls or emails. they are on record as active but dont take customer calls. They are the company who built my pool prior to me owning the home i'm in, i only know this cause of the county who told me to call them, but I cant get them on the phone or email to talk to them."

"Simply awesome. Chris installed my pool in 2019 and have absolutely no issues with it. Project was started and completed within three weeks (had some heavy rains that delayed the deck poor) and Chris was on-site everyday. Solid family-run business and have recommended to many others."

"My wife and I did a lot of research prior to building a pool. Met with Chris and was impressed. Chris not only comes out to quote you but he is also the one driving the backhoe and skid steer. That makes communication smooth and fluid. They went above and beyond to make sure grading was done properly and on several occasions went out of their way to go the extra mile. Friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you are considering a liner pool. I had a friend use them as well with the same positive results. The concrete company they work with, PLH Concrete, was equally good. Overall pleasant experience in what can be a large and stressful job. Highly recommend."

"After 100 days waiting on the project to be completed we had to hire someone else. Poor communication. They were too busy to keep us informed of why they were behind. They had to find the person for our project who would qualify, but yet we found out 3 months into it. Please consider when choosing the services with them...they might just be too busy for you! ( we started the project end of march- beginning of April, had to stop this mess at the end of June!)"
