Took a water sample to these guys and WOW they diagnosed the problem, provided what I needed, even wrote out the step-by-step instructions to fix the issue! You cannot ask for better service than that AND they are local. From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left the store I FELT welcomed, heard, and respected. You know like I was important not just another dollar sign walking through the door. The entire staff took the time to attend to my concerns and provided me with exactly what I needed to get the pool back to crystal sparkling water - you know the kind of sparkle you get when the sun is shining on the pool :)!
