"Today was my first day at the YMCA. I started with my first round of Smart Start and absolutely loved it. Terrie helped me initially with the tour of the YMCA and with the small details of the administrative portion - and was very personable! She helped seal the deal with her bright personality and an even brighter smile! My wellness coach is Penny, who I recommend to anyone new and wanting to get serious with their exercise routines or wellness training. She has loads of knowledge in her role and is quite the people person herself. Love the staff! The cleanliness of the facility is spectacular. Thank you all for everything to do for this community and I cannot wait to see what else is in store for me!"
"Not to bad for a small gym … not to packed so you get the work out you need in ….I am new to the area and have been going about a week now and have no problems with this place and the people are nice although my only issue is they do close way to early compared to gyms I’m use to but I guess it’s better than no gym at all"
"I checked this place out for the first time yesterday. Never been to a Y. It seemed smallish but it had a good selection of gym equipment and it was all in great condition. The staff was fantastic. I'll definitely be going back regularly."
"Grown and old men just come in the mornings to stare at women who are working out and making them feel uncomfortable the staff know but act like it’s not happening. Come at your own risk from the house of 8 am to 12 pm sadly if you are a young woman"
"Had to write this review because my heart goes out to every member at this facility…I’ve worked there for almost 2 years and enjoyed every moment of it…with that being said..these members deserve quality equipment and now that I’ve been to 6 different gym locations I’ve noticed first hand that my beloved friends/members are missing out on true resistant quality training equipment and it’s a must that this needs to be addressed…they pay a substantial amount for there membership and deserve much better…no more crickity equipment that’s 40 years old and dumbbells that are falling apart and not to mention the cable I had to endlessly fix on a consistent base.
