"I've been going here for a few years now and this office has been really great for getting me back on track with my teeth. Dr. Sanchez is very straightforward and will let you know exactly what you need to do. If you do what he says, you'll have great teeth. That simple. They've been nothing but professional and kind in the entire time I've been going there, and I would recommend them to anyone."

"I have never set foot into this office but based on the way that my husband's appointment was handled I never will. We were assigned to this office by my insurance with my new employer. My husband needed to be seen for an emergency appointment to remove a cracked tooth. He was told that his name wasn't on the roster to be a patient and he would have to wait until 4/10. I confirmed this information with the insurance company and they called the office to confirm his coverage. The office still wouldn't schedule an appointment for him. When my husband called on 4/11 he was told they don't have a roster and he didn't know what he was talking about. When he tried to schedule an appointment they hung up on him. This is a very unprofessional practice. Find somewhere else to go."

"Dr Adrian Sanchez is a wonderful dentist. If you look for one, or are unhappy with current one - call the office of Dr Sanchez and you can be sure that from start to finish you will be met with outstanding service. What makes a difference is that Dr Sanchez goes The Big extra mile for his patients. Dr Sanchez agrees to see the patients who have mobility issues ( for example in wheelchair or scooter ). He does not make them transfer to dentist chair, what makes HIS task more difficult, but beneficent for patients. What makes an outstanding doctor is the the comfort of his patients is paramount. I was very impressed when Dr Sanchez discovered my infected root canal and immediately his and his his staff contacted endodontics office and arranged visit on the same day. The time was before Thanksgiving and he cared so much to try to save me pain during long weekend. Every procedure is well explained, X ray showed, so patient is aware what needs to be done and make conscious choice. Dr Sanchez' compassion, patience make him the 5 Star example of his profession. Let me mention as well great attitude of front desk personnel : CATHY ( office manager ) is very efficient, professional, knowledgeable - she can find pertinent info in a blink of an eye. THERESA who arranged my first visit very promptly is wonderful. Dental assistants make you feel comfortable and stress relieved. Last, but not the least - a lot of insurances are accepted and pricing is reasonable. On a personal note : in my line of work I am in touch with many medical providers, and Dr Sanchez makes a difference. Thank you - Margaret Honeywell and Thomas DHollander"

"This place is terrible and people here are so rude. I called them and explained that it's an emergency. Nurse kept putting me on hold and suddenly transferred me to Dr. Sanchez without telling me. Sanchez told me that I could not see him because his list of patients was not updated for the month of December (I called on December 5). So he told me that I had to pay out of my pocket, even though he is my selected dentist on my insurance policy. They do not care about patients even when a patient is in a lot of pain. I am changing my dentist right away. This place only cares about money."
